GI Bleeds
Acute GI bleeds are a common admission to the ICU. The patient’s prognosis depends on early resuscitation and management appropriate to the location of the bleed.

- Preliminarily identify most likely location of bleed.
- Discuss differences between variceal bleeds and other upper GI bleeds
